Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of pasaCódigo. Using the app means you accept them.
Who provides the service
pasaCódigo is provided by UnVale S.L., Madrid, Spain. CIF: Pending. Contact: support@unvale.so.
What the service does
pasaCódigo reads a defined part of your email in order to find verification codes and, if you enable them, delivery updates and security alerts, and makes them available to you and to the contacts you choose. What it reads is described in the privacy policy and shown in the app before you grant access.
Your account and your mailbox
You need an account to use the app, and you grant mailbox access yourself. You may withdraw any optional access at any time from within the app, and you may delete your account from within the app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the choice of contacts you share codes with.
You must have the right to access the mailbox you connect. Do not connect a mailbox that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to obtain codes for accounts that are not yours.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of any service whose mail it reads.
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in these ways.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. It depends on third parties — email providers above all — and can be interrupted, delayed or changed. It is not a guaranteed delivery channel, and it should not be relied on as the only way to receive something important.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UnVale S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including any loss resulting from a code that arrives late, does not arrive, or reaches a contact you selected. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the statutory rights of consumers under Spanish and EU law.
Price
Where any part of the service is paid, the price and billing period are shown before purchase and purchases are handled by the app store you bought through. Refunds follow that store's policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
